"Jiujiu? Little Master?"

Who is this?

The two of them seem very close. What's going on?

Given Zhuang Hanxue's history, Qiu Zheyan couldn't help but feel suspicious. This was definitely an online alias.

Why had Zhuang Hanxue never mentioned knowing someone like this? Qiu Zheyan felt as if a jar of vinegar had been knocked over in his heart. He glanced at Zhuang Hanxue, who was lying on the bed, sprawled out in all directions, sleeping soundly, and felt a surge of frustration. He wanted to wake up this lazy pig right now and interrogate him about what was going on.

If Zhuang Hanxue were awake, he probably would have blurted out his thoughts in a moment of heat. But since Zhuang Hanxue was asleep, Qiu Zheyan didn’t wake him.

After calming down, he decided to wait and see.

He felt like a jealous wife.

He hadn’t had time to go drinking recently, but he vented about Zhuang Hanxue and his ex-girlfriend to his friends on WeChat.

His friend was shocked: "Damn, you really pulled off a crazy move. You stole Jiang Ruoyun’s ex-boyfriend? That’s impressive. I can’t believe your boyfriend used to date Jiang Ruoyun! By the way, is Jiang Ruoyun really that beautiful in real life? I heard her skin isn’t that great."

Qiu Zheyan was consumed with jealousy. He had known that Zhuang Hanxue had dated before, but he had assumed they were just ordinary people. He never expected that one of them was Jiang Ruoyun, a top-tier beauty. The two of them had apparently even reached the point of discussing marriage—it wasn’t just a casual relationship. Even he had to wonder: How the hell did Zhuang Hanxue get so lucky to meet such a stunning woman? And it was her who had proposed to him! Any normal guy would have been ecstatic, falling over himself to say yes, offering up everything he had to his goddess.

But no, Zhuang Hanxue, this idiot, actually dumped Jiang Ruoyun.

He was probably regretting it now, right? No—he definitely regretted not cherishing her back then. Otherwise, why would he get so giddy just from a few teasing words from Jiang Ruoyun? He actually started believing she was serious about wanting to keep him as a sugar baby.

Qiu Zheyan: "That idiot actually thought Jiang Ruoyun still had feelings for him."

Even as he typed that, he felt the bitterness in his own words.

His friend reassured him: "That’s normal. Straight guys always think women are still into them, even when years have passed."

For days, Qiu Zheyan couldn’t stop thinking about it. Was Zhuang Hanxue secretly keeping in touch with Jiang Ruoyun behind his back? The thought bothered him endlessly. If he said something, it would make him seem petty. If he didn’t say anything, he felt uneasy.

After thinking it over, he figured there was only one way to handle this.

Wear him out in bed until he was too exhausted to think about any other women.

Even though Zhuang Hanxue was usually very passive and compliant, there was still a limit to how much he could take.

Last night, he had whined, "What’s wrong with you? What did I do this time?"

Qiu Zheyan simply replied, "Nothing."

Zhuang Hanxue pressed, "Don’t just say ‘nothing.’ If something’s wrong, just tell me. I’m getting older, I don’t exercise much, and I can’t handle you going at it like this."

Qiu Zheyan: "…It’s really nothing."

Zhuang Hanxue reached out and ruffled his hair. "You’re not still jealous of Xiaoyun, are you?"

Qiu Zheyan’s eyes turned red. "‘Xiaoyun’? Didn’t you say your breakup was ancient history? Why are you still calling her so intimately? Didn’t you tell me you don’t care about her anymore?"

Zhuang Hanxue was dumbfounded by the outburst. But at least now, he had figured out the issue. Scratching his nose, he said, "I really don’t care about her anymore. Honestly. Besides, she wasn’t even my only ex. When I broke up with her, I was still young—I dated lots of other women afterward. Are you seriously going to be jealous of every single one?"

Qiu Zheyan snapped back, "But Jiang Ruoyun is different, isn’t she? She’s a goddess to so many men, a beauty among beauties. You can’t compare her to your other exes. Even if you forgot the others, you still remember her, right? You’ve been regretting breaking up with her, haven’t you? And now that you’ve reunited, you’re thinking about getting back together with her, right?"

Zhuang Hanxue looked at him blankly and said matter-of-factly, "She’s nothing special. I’ve dated women who were even more outstanding than her."

And he wasn’t lying.

He came from a good family, had good looks, and even though he was a bit of an idiot, he was kind-hearted and knew how to make girls laugh. His work skills weren’t bad either. Within his circle of rich second-generation kids, he was actually a pretty good catch. Through introductions from friends and family, he had met plenty of well-off, beautiful women—smart, successful, and wealthy.

Compared to them, Jiang Ruoyun wasn’t actually that remarkable back when they dated.

He genuinely didn’t think she was all that special.

Still, Zhuang Hanxue wisely decided not to go into too much detail. If Qiu Zheyan found out that all his ex-girlfriends were rich and beautiful, it would blow his cover.

He wanted to keep living off Qiu Zheyan for as long as possible.

Qiu Zheyan narrowed his eyes. "Are you just bragging, or did you really date someone better than Jiang Ruoyun?"

Zhuang Hanxue scratched his head. He remembered how his exes used to check his phone, going through every single like he left on social media. If he dared to interact with another woman, he was as good as dead.

He never expected that dating a man would be the same.

Jealousy is an inevitable part of love.

No matter the gender.

Fearing Qiu Zheyan would dig any deeper, he quickly changed the subject. "If it makes you feel better, I’ll delete her on WeChat."

He pulled out his phone, found Jiang Ruoyun in his contacts, and showed Qiu Zheyan as he deleted her.

Qiu Zheyan felt a little better but still huffed, "You can just add her back later, can’t you?"

Zhuang Hanxue sighed. "Isn’t this going too far? I already deleted her. Besides, Xiaoyun has a lot of pride. She wouldn’t add me back anyway."

Qiu Zheyan: "Who knows? …By the way, about those other exes—are you saying there were women even prettier than Jiang Ruoyun?"

Later, Zhuang Hanxue messaged "Little Master Jiujiu" to vent: "Xiao Qiu is so possessive. I just took him to dinner with my ex, and he sulked for days. My waist is about to break."

Little Master: "Why are you asking a kid for relationship advice? But getting jealous is normal. Even my dads get jealous. My big dad’s coworker was chasing after him, and my little dad was furious for days. I really don’t get you adults. My little dad is usually so mature, but when he gets jealous, he turns into a complete idiot."

Zhuang Hanxue: "Exactly! Hey, aren’t you in sixth grade? Have you had a crush yet?"

Little Master: "I have no time for that. I’m in love with Go."

After finishing the game today.

The little master scolded him again: "You said you don’t have money to move out, so if you still don’t have money by then, I’ll lend you some."

He replied: "Thank you, little master. Bowing emoji.gif"**

The little master: "Since you’re my disciple, I have no choice but to look out for you."

Qiu Zheyan didn’t turn on the light.

The eerie blue glow from the screen reflected on his face in the darkness, making him appear somewhat menacing and terrifying.

What Qiu Zheyan saw were these few lines:

"Think it through before the Lantern Festival. If you really need to borrow money from me to move out, then do it."

"Stop letting yourself get fooled. How many times have I told you already? You never learn."

"The moment I’m not around, you get deceived again."
